I had a wedding to attend last weekend, and after finally finding a dress to wear, I needed a purse to go with it.

I remembered that I had purchased a printed leather from Bespoke Leather Buying Club, so I got to work with a purse. I ended up adjusting a pattern I had drafted previously.
I cut it out on Thursday night after making a pattern. I sewed it up in about 2 hours on Saturday morning before leaving for the wedding. Nothing like last minute!

The inside is one of my fabric designs on denim from Spoonflower.

The hardware I purchased from Wawak.

The cream leather on the handle and along the inside edge was purchased from the same group. I used Chicago screws to attach the handle. It was just too thick for my machines, so needed some non-sewing method.

It looked very cute with my dress!
