Movement

June 16, 2011

This dress appears rather boxy on a hanger, but walking in it makes it come to life.  The fabric moves a lot without being overly clingy.  It graces your curves and then moves away with the next step.  Added plus is that it is super comfy.

Dress: Anne Taylor LOFT

Jewelry: Silpada

Shoes: Unlisted (so very comfy and so very cheap)

My hair is leftovers from the last post.  I had put it up wet the day before in a french twist, with twisting the ends around the top and pinning them.  Then I took it down at the end of the day, slept on it and put the front up in a “bun”.  I basically did the bun, but pulled the end through so it is more of a knot.  I put a few pins in it to keep it from unraveling.  I didn’t even comb my hair…just shook it out and let nature take it’s course!

Oh, and it’s on day 3 of a fresh dye job.  I so wish this color would stay longer.  I actually had to order my box dye online because Target was all out…as was most everywhere else.  I got it at drugstore.com and had to wait a few weeks for it to come in as it was backordered.  Needless to say I ordered extra.  It takes 3 boxes of dye for my hair, and it should probably take 4.  I gots lots of hair.  I can only imagine how much they would charge me in a salon. *shudder*
