On my #makenine list for the year I had a tunic on it that I found on Pinterest:

It might have been woven or a combination of knit and woven.  I was going to draft it up, but luckily a pattern test came along for this shirt from Wardrobe by Me.

The Perfect Tunic by Wardrobe by Me

There are options for a curved hem and the tabs or a button cuff.  I did not add the tabs, but they would have been a good add.  This is the longer tunic length, but there is a shorter curved hem length, too.

I used a bamboo jersey (about 200 gsm) and a lightweight woven with a slight stretch.  The interfacing stopped the stretching, so it worked well for the neckline on this.

Take your time with the placket.  Iron!

This top is sooooo comfy.

I added my affiliate link to the pattern if you are inclined to purchase.  I figured it was about time.

Other than the placket this was a pretty quick sew.  I would definitely suggest purchasing this pattern.  It works well in woven or knit.

The tunic is on sale until March 20th for $10.00 (regularly $12).

Go check it out and see all the wonderful tunics that were made with this pattern.  The tester ladies did a great job!  I wish I had time to make another, but too many irons in the fire again.  I have it cut out, but other things took my time away.

Story of my life, lately!
